TEA
Industry: TEA1 Encryption: Enc. that is used by the Base Stations is Industry Standard /Level
Police: TEA2 Encryption: Enc. that is used by the Base Stations is Authority Standard / Level
Outside EU: TEA3 is used.
Messaging
SDS: Short Data Service ( Status (SDS-1) and Text Message (SDS-4)
Concatenated Text Message: With one Time Sending a Message with with 240 – 320 Characters can be send

KB: 1 Kilo Byte = 1024 Bit, 1024 KB = 1 MB,
Example 1 Picture is 2-3 Kilobyte.
KB: 2 Kilo Byte = 2048 Bit =>  2048/140Characters=15 (SDS needed to transmit the Picture in DMO)
2048/240 Characters = 9  (SDS needed to transmit the Picture in ETELM TMO Infrastructure)

2048/320 Characters = 7  (SDS needed to transmit the Picture in EADS TMO Infrastructure)

Every Second one Message is sent. Transmission takes at maximum Factor 2.   => 14 Seconds
